Keith Senior Portraits

Did you know I stand at 5’ft tall? Literally 5’ft, No more or less. Have you ever wondered if this short stature poses a challenge for me outside of trying to reach the cookies that my husband hides on the top shelf out of my reach…

The answer is yes, it does. Especially when photographing folks who are taller than 6ft!

When I met Keith in downtown Winston for his senior session, I had to look straight up at him to introduce myself as he way over 6’ft tall. In that moment, I grabbed my stool and we both laughed as we knew I was going to need it throughout our entire session!

With Mom and Sister in tow to help with wardrobe and hair, we started our session! We talked about school, the humidity and laughed at me trying to be taller with no avail! He explained all of his chords and what he had to do to earn them while his mom beamed with pride at him explaining his accomplishments!

As we worked through the session you would never have known that Keith was apprehensive about having his photos taken. He literally knocked his session out of the park and by the end I told him he should give modeling a serious thought while in school!

Keith is off to UNC Chapel Hill this fall (Go Heels!) and we are so excited to see what all he accomplishes while there!

I can’t believe our senior portrait season is over and that Keith was our last grad! Time truly has been flying by these last few months!
