Headshots + Fun!

Traditionally when most of us think about headshots, we think about getting dressed up in our best business attire and standing up against a wall smiling for the camera for a moment or two and then going about the rest of our day! Sounds a lot like school picture day, right?

Over the years I have had experience working in the corporate world and I always found it so refreshing when I would come across an email signature or company website that had fun and fresh headshots of their employees. I felt like I was getting to know the folks I was working with daily just through a photo!

Photos are meant to capture more than just what we look like, they are meant to capture a small moment of our personality too! And to do that, we have to be having fun and be relaxed right?

Getting your photo taken can sometimes be a daunting and nervous experience and not one that some would describe as relaxing. My goal with every client is to ease those nerves, take the pressure away and just simply hangout, have fun and capture who you truly are.

I recently had the joy of photographing Ronda, a local Winston-Salem Realtor and Jeff, a textile sales rep from High Point! Both in need of new headshots and not wanting the traditional route. I wanted to share their photos as I think both sessions are a great example of being professional while also being personable look like.

We all had a blast and I am honored to have helped them get the new and updated photos they were looking for. If you are on the fence about getting updated headshots, let’s get some coffee and chat! Id love to help walk you through that process and just how fun it can be!
